FAILURE DIAGNOSIS

Engine lack of Power

• Air leakage at hose or pipe connection
• Filter worn out
• Inconsistency pressure from the fuel injection
• Exhaust leakage or blockage

      

 

 

Oil Leak and White Smoke

• Restricted or blocked air filter
• Restricted oil drain pipe line
• Inconsistency pressure from the fuel injection system
• Blockage or restricted exhaust manifold.
• Sometimes is because of the remainder oil at the muffler from previous turbocharger's leakage.
• High pressure that caused oil leakage from compressor and turbine seal.

      

 

 

 

Noise

• Air leakage from the piping joint and filter
• Intercooler crack or leakage
• Exhaust manifold crack or leakage
• Damaged compressor wheel or turbine wheel
• Compressor wheel or turbine wheel rubbing on housing
